Refunds/Cancellations, etc...

All bookings are subject to approval.

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required to lock in a date.

All bookings are from 7pm-9am following morning.

Refunds are available up to seven days (7 days) prior to booked date, then ONLY if YOU transfer date to a paying party. Transfers MUST BE paid in full to assume a date.

I.E. you provide a team that will assume your original date, and they pay in full.
